Well we went to gas up and get some water for Major. In the station less than 5 minutes and came out to find the window of our car smashed in and my purse was stolen. Everything gone, money, credit cards, checkbook, extra key to the car. It took us 2 hours to cancel everything but the thieves had already used 2 cards within 10 minutes. Wow I love Houston....not!! Feel sick. I guess it's a good lesson. Do not leave your purse in the car even when it hidden under the seat. We are certainly in a world of hurt until this all gets straightened out and I'm going to be nervous all night because I'm afraid they will find something in my purse that tells where we are staying. Hopefully not. We may wake up in the morning and find the car gone too!! Keep your fingers crossed!
